May 17, 2017: Senator the Honourable Dennis Moses, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs met with His Excellency Paolo Serpi, Special Envoy for the Caribbean Countries, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy on 8th May, 2017 at the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs.
During the Courtesy Call, discussions between Minister Moses and His Excellency focussed on a number of key areas, which included the bilateral relationship between Trinidad and Tobago and Italy as well as, Italy’s candidatures for the Human Rights Council and for the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The meeting ended cordially with both Minister Moses and His Excellency indicating their commitment to deepening bilateral ties.
