Public invitations for funeral of the late Professor Richards available today, January 15

Invitations for the public who wish to attend the funeral of the late Professor George Maxwell Richards TC, CMT, PhD will now be available on Monday January 15, 2018 at NAPA’s Box Office from 10 am until 12 pm.

The funeral takes place on Wednesday January 17, 2018 at National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA) from 10:00 am.

Please be reminded that only a limited number of invitations will be distributed to the public on a first come, first serve basis. Moreover, the viewing and funeral will be open casket.

Professor Richards was the fourth President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, serving in this capacity from 2003 to 2013.   He died on  Monday January 8, 2018.
