Rebates to affected mobile customers

TSTT wishes to apologize to mobile customers who were affected by a software issue in the company’s billing system yesterday.  TSTT would like to advise that the Company is in the process of reconciling records and applying rebates to those prepaid and postpaid customers who were unable to access their bundled packages and incurred 'Pay-as-you-go' rates.

Customers can rest assured that the issue has been resolved and TSTT is taking further measures to minimize a reoccurrence.

Rebates are expected to be completed within 24 to 48 hours.  TSTT apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their patience and continued support.
