The Ministry of Health, in response to previous reports of alleged breaches of the Food and Drugs Act, Chap. 30:01, by Naturalized Herbs, has submitted the relevant reports to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for their necessary consideration and action.
The last such report was sent to the Office of the DPP in October 2017.
The Ministry of Health continues to work together with the Office of the DPP to bring a timely resolution to these matters.
