The Ministry of Public Utilities, along with its agencies, The Water and Sewerage Authority of Management Company (SWMCOL), and The Government Electrical Inspectorate Division (GEID), will host the third of its on-going series of public outreach meetings titled ‘Partnering with the Utilities in the Delivery of Service’ at the Talparo Community Centre, Todds Station Road, Talparo.
This series seeks to facilitate greater access to services offered by the Ministry and its agencies, and aims to sensitize residents to the interventions made by the sector in response to the challenges faced by local communities. It will also allow the Ministry to gather feedback on the quality of service received from the public utilities sector as it works toward achieving the Strategic Development Goals outlined in Vision 2030.
The meeting in the Talparo Community Centre will be held on Wednesday 31st October 2018 at 3:30 p.m. An exhibition of services will be offered by the Ministry and its Agencies, followed by an interactive session with the Minister of Public Utilities, Senator the Honourable Robert Le Hunte, his top management team and community representatives from Talparo and environs.
