The Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, the Honourable Faris Al-Rawi and the Minister in the Ministry of the Attorney General and Legal Affairs, the Honourable Fitzgerald E. Hinds will begin the conversation on the decriminalisation of marijuana on Wednesday 23rd January from 1-4 pm in Port of Spain at a location to be announced.
Public consultations will be hosted during the months of January to March 2019.
The conversation will engage all citizens across Trinidad and Tobago inclusive a diverse array of professionals, medical practitioners, secondary and tertiary level students and the general public. The public is invited to explain their 'Yes' or 'No' to the decriminalisation of marijuana in Trinidad and Tobago.
