Dr The Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts received a courtesy call from His Excellency, Guillermo Vazquez Moreno, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the Ministry’s Head Office, Level 20 Nicholas Tower, Independence Square, Port of Spain.
The Minister and the Ambassador exchanged tokens, before engaging in brief discussions on issues of mutual interest.
