Justice of Appeal, the Honourable Mr. Justice Allan Mendonca, will perform the duties of Chief Justice of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago from today Thursday 17th November, 2016 in the absence of the Honourable Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Ivor Archie. Chief Justice Archie will be delivering a presentation on Promoting a Culture of Judicial Accountability by request of the Jamaican Bar Association in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Honourable Chief Justice returns to the jurisdiction on Monday 21st November, 2016.
